The screening was organized in the framework of commemorating 100 years of the Armistice in the First World War, and it was also an opportunity for the audience to learn more about the events that marked this period in the history of Serbian people. At the same time, the film screening was a contribution to the safeguarding of culture of remembrance, as well as to better understanding of the lessons from the past, especially those related to the objectives of UNESCO, an organization established in order to promote international peace, through the development of cultural, scientific and educational cooperation.
